• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions and any specific service agreements entered into.

Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are detailed in individual service agreements.

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available without breach
• Was rightfully known prior to disclosure
• Is independently developed without use of confidential information
• Is required to be disclosed by law

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality consulting services:

• We do not warrant specific business outcomes or results
• Our recommendations are advisory in nature; implementation decisions rest with the client
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on our advice

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid for those specific services
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

Termination of consulting services is governed by individual service agreements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be:

• First, addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved within 30 days, submitted to mediation
• If mediation fails, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forge Consulting.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
